August 20th In House Workshop – Theme: Flower Handbag
Why not come along and try your hand at creating a floral handbag? Full tuition will be given. Sounds interesting…..yes it will be! The handbag will be constructed from a half block of floral foam and covered with leaves e.g. Bergenia, Hosta, Aspidistra. We will use long grass such as bear grass to create the handle and the top will be decorated with flowers of your choice e.g. small roses, orchids or pretty garden flowers. Your final creation can be further adorned with your choice of beads, decorative pins and wire.
You are sure to learn new skills and be able to replicate at home for your own enjoyment or perhaps to give as a gift to someone special!
