June 16th – Demonstration by Kay Ford – NAFAS Demonstrator
Title: A Brush with Colour
Kay has been an area demonstrator since November 2023. After many years travelling, working at home and abroad as a nurse for 45 years, Kay also managed to find time to train as a florist. She ran a successful business in York that included providing flowers for Royalty & Celebrities! Finally retiring from nursing, Kay returned to her passion for flowers, running flower arranging classes and enjoying competition work.
A welcome return to the club this year for Kay, whose many creative outlets; including art, gardening and crafting are reflected in her fabulous designs.
