I spotted the advert for Huddersfield Flower Club in our local free magazine. I had no idea what to expect but, as I love gardening and all things flower related I decided to go along and give it a go. I received such a warm and friendly welcome from everyone and now really look forward to our monthly meetings.
I have no previous experience of flower arranging but everyone is happy and willing to share their expertise. The arrangements produced by the demonstrators are exceptional and the beginners groups are excellent, allowing us to create some wonderful displays ourselves.
I love the demonstrations and the opportunity to learn the techniques of flower arranging through the classes.

Since joining, as a complete novice, the club has provided me with a great opportunity to learn the art of flower arranging, develop skills and experience, all in a welcoming and nurturing environment. It’s fun and a great way to meet new people and develop new friendships. I’ve even joined the admin team. Oh & the demonstrations are amazing!
